Looking for a double/ twin room (or a small studio apartment/ bedsit) that will be shared by two males (me and my cousin). In the area of Swords, Rush, Malahide, Portmarnock, or north Dublin like Santry, Coolock (ideally if the area is quiet and with easy access to Dublin Bus routes). We are looking for a quiet place (we are non smokers and do not drink alcohol) – we don\'t need another noisy place where inhabitants often make parties and so on. We are good tenants and can provide references from the estate agency. Ideally if the room/ place has:
2 separate beds and lots of storage space (wardrobes, chest of drawers etc.)
an ensuite bathroom
easy access to the kitchen (microwave, oven, washing machine, dryier etc.)
ideally if it\'s possible to mount our own satellite dish somewhere
free parking space (can be in the street as long as it\'s safe)
