Description
The building is designed to consist of two buildings with height of 68 meters – corpus «А» and corpus «B» and one two storey building corpus «C» - connecting unit. Corpus «А» and Corpus «B» are with alike oval shape in height up to elevation +68, 00. Under all long the corpuses «А», «B» and «C» is underground level with underground parking spaces, which assure the parking of the costumers. The two towers are places as follow in the north-east and sought-west site of the plot
CORPUS «B» featuring the sought-west tower of the complex „BC PLOVDIV-TOWERS”, consists of offices spaces class «А», as according to the investor’s requirements the function of Corpus «B» can be hotel or business flats.
The main entrance of Corpus «B» is from boulevard “Osvobojdenie” through the newly build double roadway, going round the building and leading back to the same boulevard. Corpus «B» will also have direct connection with the renovated hotel SPS which will offer after the renovation and reconstruction will offer to the costumers: SPA Center, Fitness, Conference halls, coffee shops and several restaurants.
CORPUS «B» will be serving by four high speed elevators and three staircases. The one of the elevators will start from the underground floor up to the ground level and will serve the parking zone. The rest three elevators are starting from the ground level up to the last office level. At the west site of the corpus are provided breakdown staircases for evacuation, staring from the underground level up to the roof of the building.

- Two commercial levels situated on elevations: +/-0, 00 and +6, 00 with a separate entrance-exit to the worm connection to Corpus «А», through the low building corpus «C». The commercials levels are designed with a 6 meters height, which makes them lot light and spacious rooms, ideal for: shops, boutiques, restaurants, recreation and entertainment center and showroom.
- From elevations + 12, 00 upward the tower is designed with fourteen similar floors, which up is serials are enlarge in volume. Each floor consists of six offices business class «А», as each of the luxury office spaces are designed with 3.5 meters height. All office levels have approved construction and architecture, which gives the possibility for changing floors distributions and individual interior design of the offices depending of its owner’s preference. Purchasers will have the choice also of decoration colors and lighting options.
