Description
The center would be one of the newest buildings in Plovdiv and will be new business complex in the commercial part of Plovdiv, the street Brezovsko shosse.
The Business Center is located on an area of 2500 square meters with a built-up area of 1275 square meters and deployed a total area of 8500 square meters.
The building will be built on 11 levels – two underground and nine over grounds. There will be parking for 43 cars on 1920 m2. Also there is another area, 1420 square meters, which is in the storage areas.
On the ground floor and first floor Business center would be composed of two major exhibition halls, each with an area of 640 square meters. Each of them has a lift at the rear with an option to start from there.
The next seven floors are intended for offices. On each floor will be established four offices in size from 60 to 110 m2 with the possibility to boot from there if needed. Each office has a bathroom with a separate entrance.
The main entrance is between the two showrooms. The elevator is picturesque, with overlooking to the city.
Bulldozer Business Center is filled with modern technologies and materials, 60% of the facade is a glass curtain.
The lighting for offices will be provided with the installation of communication systems at the highest level. The buildings will be air-conditioned and each store will have its own air conditioning system and an electric energy measurement.
Bulldozer Business Center is designed by the architectural firm "Cobb" - project manager arch. Konstantin Bozhkov. Its end is provided for the end of 2009.
