mandatory requirements:
educational background
the ideal candidate has a degree in human resource management or in a relevant related domain; a business degree, e.the recruiter implements strategies to soruce qualified; diverse and direct candidates to meet position requirements from internal, and/or referral candidate pools, external.e, hr, hiring managers, relocation etc, compensation.
must be able to carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
relevant technical knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
post jobs on reqiured internal and external sites as well as recommend programs such as employee referral to increase the sourcing pool of candidates.compensation and benefits, consultative selling and client relationship management skills, and recruiting metrics
portray administrative and documentation skills, behavioural-based interview and assessment techniques, and recrutiment / hr information systems
exhibit knowledge of hiring practices, detail-orientation, tracking processes for applicants and open positions, labour relations and negotiation, display knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, guidelines, and a proficiency with reporting tools and databases
