the global reconciliation's tlm prorgam is responsible for the rollout of tlm across all araes of the bank
role responsibilities
reporting to the reconciliations program manager, and working as an integral part of the program team:
project organisation:
work with the project manager to manage some of the migration steams
enusre project lifecycles are tracked in accordance with best practice
idetnify and track risk / issues with approrpiate escalation to the project manager
craete / maintain reporting for all projects, ensuring all stakeholders receive relevant and timely communications within required reporting standards
create / maintain business benefits template to track critical success factors
take ownership for managing the lifecycle of multiple streams concurrently
create test plans and manage the test cycle in conjunction with the business.business analyst - reconciliations (officer) based in dublin

work with program partners including product, operations and technology teams and other operational areas to supoprt delivery of agered soluitons
support program team - contirbute to the develpoment of the asset servciing opertaing moedl by becmoing famliiar with the deatil of the proopsed end sttae
identify key areas of opporutnity - help to create roubst business case(s) and ensure appropriate leevls of analysis are undetraken
client requirements - support gap analysis of new client requirements against proposed future state operating model
create test scripts based on brds/functional design documents
team work & relationship management:
actively partner with program manager to ensure all projects are delivered to plan
demonstrate ownership and accountability for team success
foster productive and effective working relationships with internal and external clients
