. fluency in many languages is a definite plus
, given that we service multiple language groups onsite, in general.security and networking: ideally cisco or equivalent certifications
. this is a highly technical role as successful candidates will be responsible for advising & managing cusotmer transition to the ibm cloud.
. you need to be fluent in your native italian language as you will be selling to a cusotmer set with that same language. the common language in use in ibm is english so you will need to be proficient in that language also, in addition to native language.you will have 3-5 years technical sales expeirence within a technology environment
. take ownership of all customer technical issues & ensure resolved satisfactorily
. preferably you will have a university degree, ideally but not exclusively in a business or it related discipline
