the role of the oe specialist is to drive acceptable levels of return on people development by ensuring the talent management process is managed end-to-end (from concept to financial results).

mandatory requirements:
educational background:
the ideal candidate has a degree in human resource management or in a business, psychology or engineering; strong industry experience would be an asset, tools.working with all levels of an organisational, and supporting change in a consulting or in-house environment
very strong process and analytical skills
excellent facilitation, communication and data analysis skills
experience of managing client relationships and small teams
experience in deployment of new tools, communication and networking skills, you will have previously worked on leadership programmes and culture change initiatives
experience with process management tools preferably malcolm baldrige standards or european foundation of quality management
knowledge:
experience delivering workstreams or projects, detail-orientation, and a proficiency with reporting tools and databases
skills:
excellent written and verbal communications
excellent interpersonal, with skills in coaching and development of teams, processes and systems ensuring evaluation on roi
fluency in english & one other european languages preferable
