this role is for the investor services team, wihtin the transfer agency department in funds operations.
- play a lead role in formulating new procdeures and controls for existing and new business including implementation of approved procedures in a controlled manner within the investor services team
- build trusted working relationships with the ta clients serviced within the team
- play an active role in the on boarding of new clients and in the development of new products and initiatives for existing clients

the candidate should also be familiar with european and us trading and clearing platforms - e. the investor services team also acts as a primary contact for the transfer agency clients for queries and initiatives. the candidate will report directly to the team manager for investor services and will work closely with the citi ta clients as well as management in other ta teams.
candidates should be educated to 3rd level. the analyst will assist with the day to day running of the team and will report directly to the investor services manager (avp)
the investor services team is responsible for performing the following tasks within the transfer agency:
- completing a good order review of shareholder and distributor financial and non financial instructions
- managing all queries received from shareholders and distributors via dedicated mailboxes and telephone lines
- managing all outgoing correspondence with shareholders and distributors
- provide periodic reporting of shareholder trading activity to the fund managers
the main responsibilities of the analyst include:
- assist with managing the daily workflow within the team to ensure all work is completed in accordance with client sla`s and internal citi policies and procedures
- ensure the team operates effectively within the ta and fund operations structure, building strong working relationships
- ensure the team maintains up to date, written procedures for all of the team`s responsibilities and actively monitor that these are adhered to.
