the glboal settlmeents team focuses on maintaining high settlement rates for our four global windows - london, luxembourg and jersey.cis and unit trust settlements,
the settlements department provides securities settlements support for the four citigroup global windows (london, jersey, luxembourg & new york) the department also includes clearstream and euroclear settlements, stock lending.
"prior settlements experience an advantage.we support a broad range of clients including financial institutions, insurance companies and sovereign governments in 93 markets.
must be able to prioirtise and work to tihgt deadilnes.thsee are critcially impotrant roels wihtin the global settlements team.thsee inculde liasiing with both external and internal partners to schedule and process transition files from a securities perspective.
must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work in a tightly knit team.
individual performs a number of key roles within the team. other functions include reconciliations, 3rd party fx's and time deposits, processing of emerging market fx's, coordination of mis.the global/icsd settlements team are responsible for the processing and fail monitoring of trades for our clients, and clearing any exceptions resulting from this activity.
must have ability to interface directly with our clients and their brokers. the settlements team will also reconcile cash and stock positions to each of our sub-custodians on a daily basis.
