ensure the team have the relveant traniing on the core and new products
people management - principal duties and accountabilities
provide regular 1:1\'s with all team members
ensure that each member of the team has an idp & that quaretrly career development discussions take place,
promote and identify opportunities for the sales of key strategic products
leverage and maximize the use of all training resources

manage attrition levels through the effective team management
provide or arrange relevant coaching
maximize the cusotmer experience
handle all cusotmer communications in an efficient and timely manner
work closely with appropriate resources within the segment to meet customer nedes/reslove isuses
utiilze all relevant adminitsrative tolos and processes that support the sales envirnoment
meet and execed customer expecattions

atetnd all scheudled quarterly/anunal training as reqiured
comlpete and maitnain an idp.
reslove customer concerns regarding the sale/delivery of products with customer and internal departments such as manufacturing, customer service and finance
participate in identifying large sales opportunities with sales representatives
provide management input into establishing goals and objectives, assigning tasks and reviewing work at frequent levels.
analyse various sales reports to determine opportunities and forecast sales to establish quotas.
manage attrition levels through the effective team management
provide or arrange relevant coaching
maximize the customer experience
handle all customer communications in an efficient and timely manner
work closely with appropriate resources within the segment to meet customer needs/resolve issues
utilize all relevant administrative tools and processes that support the sales environment
