- a good degree in computer/electronic engineering or computer science.peripheral failure, os configuration fault,
- possess strong understanding and technical ability in troubleshooting to identify network configuration failure, etc.net and winbatch.
- 3 to 5 years relevant work experience in computer related field or similar industry
- strong bpi understanding or certification
- proficient on custom o/s, and application installation and end-user configuration, hardware.
- possess programming background in dos batch files, tools and utility develpoment, web development, unix shell scripting.
- ability to configure operating systems on client and server machine to work in a network envirnoment.
- strong networking background in terms of network architecture, switches, cabling, token ring, hub, etc, tcp/ip.asp, ,
- good knowledge in c.
- ability to understand and configure raid

- conduct training to the respective groups in performing the new process & application enhancement for entire cfi (custom factory integration).
