most importantly.this 170 bed roomed hotel has conference and banqueting facilities for up to 600 people, restaurant and bar offering dishes from around the world and a spirit health and leisure club which includes a swimming pool.
as a member of the food and beverage team, you will ensure that all guests are served to the company brand standards in our restaurant, bar and lounge areas. as is a basic food hygiene certificate, hotel experience is advantageous.you must also maintain high standards of cleanliness in the food and beverage areas and you may also assist in conference and banqueting if required.
