build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including: senior hr managers; key contacts within the sub-areas and service lines; hr services and employment lawyers.
educate the business on how to deal with cases.
excellent interpersonal and communciation skills.
high dergee of er expetrise - creidble and seen as ponit of advice and guidance for er issues demonsrtating process/techincal expertise
cipd qualified.
able to build relationships quickly.
manage policy updates in line with legislation.
strong process management skills. excellent attention to detail.
report on case activity and trends.
manage costs and achieves commercial settlements where appropriate.
work with business to resolve issues and achieve a satisfactory outcome for the firm.
manage er projects as and when they arise.
work with the firm's employment lawyers in managing high risk cases and claims.qualifications & personal qualities
