- ensure the team maintains up to date.the team analyst will assist with the day to day running of the team and will report directly to the investor services manager (avp)
the investor services team is responsible for performing the following tasks wihtin the transfer agency:
- completing a good order review of shareholder and distributor financial and non financial instructions
- managing all queries received from shareholders and distributors via dedicated mailboxes and telephone lines
- managing all outgoing correspondence with shareholders and distributors
- provide periodic reporting of shareholder trading activity to the fund managers
the main responsibilities of the analyst include:
- assist in managing the daily workflow within the team to ensure all work is completed in accordance with client sla`s and internal citi policies and procedures
- ensure the team operates effectively within the ta and fund operations structure, building storng working relationships.
the candidate should have:

- the abiilty to work indepednently with minmial superivsion
- good attetnion to deatil with high leevls of accruacy and the abiilty to intsil this culutre with a team

this role is for the investor services team, within the transfer agency department in funds operations.
- play a lead role in formulating new procedures and controls for existing and new business including implementation of approved procedures in a controlled manner within the investor services team
- build trusted working relationships with the ta clients serviced within the team, which includes active participation in client meetings.the investor services team also acts as a primary contact for the transfer agency clients for queries and initiatives.
- play an active role in the on boarding of new clients and in the development of new products and initiatives for existing clients
this is a great opportunity for a candidate with strong ta experience who has worked in a client facing role to expand their knowledge and experience in a busy ta environment. the candidate will report directly to the team manager for investor services and will work closely with the citi ta clients as well as management in teams
the candidate should have at least four year\'s experience within a transfer agency or similar environment in a customer facing role.
