key responsibilities:
execute standard training program based on existing curriculum
assist lead trainer in planning and delivery of trainings
execute training under supervision of senior trainer/manager or assist a more experienced trainer
customer liaison and support during all seminars and events, internal and external jobs for seminars due to be run, arranging models and preparation
connect with cbd ahead of training seminar to understand customer (the current situation) and align on business objectives and outcomes
set specific and measurable objectives and outcomes for every training event in line with input from the sales representative and to achieve increased distribution of specific products/mix(retain/grow/gain goals and to influence in salon usage and client recommendation)
conclude and close every training with a specific action step for each customer
