this position will be based in galway.developing and testing fixes as a level 3 (l3) support engineer,
this role will be working on a network discovery and management software product to help customers resolve various issues by investigating reported problems, and designing.with 400, 000 employees worldwide, this year is the 100th anniversary of our foundation in 1911.scripts, sql, additionally, c++, l3 engineers will utilize different programming languages and technologies in which the product has been written - such as java, and dojo -- and and help identify ways to improve the product through insights from interactions with customers and with ibm field teams using the product.minimal to no travel required.team members in this role will gain the understanding of the product and be able to install and use it on various operating systems. so it\'s a great place to start to build a career, in a company that continually re-invents itself.
