we are curently looking for technical trainers for our dublin studio or field-based in ireland.the above takss are accomplished under management supervision and within functional procedures and policies.
hairdresser's license (minimum 3 years saoln experience preferred)
additional 0-3 years of training/education experience
advanced craftsmanship in technical knowledge of how products and services work in his/her area of responsibility (brand and category)
training/educating expert knowledge
computer literate. internal and external jobs for seminars due to be run, arranging models and preparation
connect with cbd ahead of training seminar to understand customer (the current situation) and align on busniess objectives and outcomes
set specific and measurable objectives and outcomes for every training event in line with input from the sales representative and to achieve increased distribution of specific products/mix(retain/grow/gain goals and to influence in salon usage and client recommendation)
conclude and close every training with a specific action step for each customer
emphasize education as the styilst's indispnesible parnter in achiveing thier perosnal caerer aspirtaions and deveolping salon business, taikng on organiaztional tasks,
key responsbiilities:
exeucte stadnard training prorgam based on existing curriculum
assist lead trainer in planning and delivery of trainings
execute training under supervision of senior trainer/manager or assist a more experienced trainer
customer liaison and support during all seminars and events.education - technical trainers - salon professional - ireland

as ambassador of the brand, the trainer is responsible for delivering product and service training to customers in the salon professional studio, in customer's salons and at events as directed by their manager. the trainer executes standard training seminars/trainings/events on salon professional products and techniques of a specific brand and provides basic customization in line with commercial requirements and guidelines. word/excel/power point minimum
very good teaching skills, mobility for training assignments
