excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in english and either czech or polish
storng undersatnding and prvoen work experience with cisco or broacde baesd san infrasturctures
strong understanding and proven work experience with server and storage harwdare
strong problem solving and analytical skills
self motivated and results driven
strong customer handling skills
excellent planning,
assist co-workers whenever necessary to promote a team environment
work with management to help identify and successfully implement areas for business improvement
stay up to date with relevant industry certifications (vmware, cisco, microsoft, etc)
knowledge, skills, xenserver, and abilities:
working knowledge of at least 3 of the following: vmware.emc/compellent/equal logic
principal duties and responsibilities:
identifying and resolving technical issues (level 1-2) with virtualised san solutions.
providing technical assistance to enterprise customers via phone, or remote access, email.
