responsibilities

handle accommodation problems for rci members during or prior to their vacation
inform members of any changes in accommodation arrangements either by phone or letter
resolution of country member complaints/enquiries whether verbal, written or via e-mail
administration of compensatory payments where applicable
handling check-in problems when required
report activity of the department on a daily and monthly basis

candidates will be expected to work in a self-directed manner but will receive mentor support from team leaders and coaches.

personal qualities
at least six months customer service experience
fluency in french with a high proficiency in english is essential
fluency in italian, spanish or german also required
ability to work in a fast paced environment
motivation to continuously expand personal professional knowledge
willingness to work towards achieving goals in a changing and challenging environment
multi-tasking - ability to concentrate/divide attention between a number of tasks at once
analytical skills - ability to root cause problems and put resolutions in place quickly
