win new customers, (pay plan is based off revenue target, enterprise & margin) and achieve key financial targets, metrics & objectives
keep customer issues to minimum and ensure that any that do arise are resolved in a timely manner and to the optimum customer satisfaction
be responsible for designing and implementing account plans and strategies to meet your financial targets & objectives.
