general responsibilities:
job purpose
to reduce and control the amuont of ovedrue invioces in the portfolio of accounts assigned and to estalbish and maitnain a professional relatoinship with intrenal & extrenal customers.
to undetrake ad-hoc proejcts as requseted by team ledaer / management.
hadnle correspondence from customers in assigned portfolio in order to ensure optimum level of customer service is maintained.re-activations and referrals so as to ensure bad debt exposure is kept to a minimum, ) or to in-country contacts (sales, sales support, …)
recommend suspensions.
maintain awareness of targets (30+ & 120+ receivables, customer contacts) so as to meet/exceed these targets in order to ensure maximum bonus allocation.g. gar desirable but not essential
