consistently updating the recruitment system to track recruitment progress.
responsible for maintaining and updating various tracking sheets and reports on a daily basis
monitoring shared mailbox and dealing with queries appropriately.
previous administration experience within a recruitment / human resources environment.
above average computer literacy required (ms office), with a particular focus on ms excel.
