- dell sans (cx, equallogics, nx and md range) or equivalent san based infrastructure projects - dual datacenter with replication
- experience of datacenter based infrastructure projects
- vmware & hyper v virtualisation projects
- backup technologies - symantec & commvault
- dell servers & blade chassis
- windows technologies - exchange, ad,
mandatory pm skills
· proven track record of successful delivery of projects to budget, moniotring chnage to ensure achievement of financials and scope
· definition manaegment - aligning the soltuion to the desired business outcome and ensruing the solution remains aligned to business drivers thruogh regular review of the program and project direction

responsibilities specific to this position:

· ensure that project planning, exectuion and control are properly integrated
project scope management
· business case management - proivde input to the business case supporting the project.resource, cost, contributing to developments in project processes, schedule and financials to ensure delivery of change within agreed time and budget constraints
· change/release management - supporting the planning and release of change within the organisation to achieve a coordinated rollout of change and ensuring the change capacity of the organisation is not exceeded
· lead and motivate reporting project team members including demonstrating appropriate behaviours, procedures and standards
· contribute to the review of project successes through particpiation in post implemnetation reviews and \'lessons learned\' activities
