the smarter cities technology centre (sctc) at the ibm dublin research laboratory, ireland is accepting applications for full-time researchers from entry-level through principal investigators.representation & reasoning on spatio-temopral data
we are looking for individuals who will be able to continue their existing field of research within our ongoing and new research projects.

at least 3 years experience in knowledge modelling or knowledge representation and reasoning systems
at least 3 years experience in working with state of the art knowledge representation languages and tools
at least 3 years experience in programming in java or c++
english: fluent
preferred
at least 2 years experience in creating software for representing or reasoning on geospatial or temporal data
at least 2 years experience in working with open data, preferrably open government data
