key responsibilities
the key responsibility of the tm is to further increase the level of usage & recommendation of oral-b products amongst dental professionals. as well as enrolment into our straetgic programmes which help to drive usage and recommendations by dental health professionals, having full responsibility for a specific geographic territory, you will be required to deliver against key targets, such as calls per day, key influencers (ki's) per day etc.in addition, the influence of owners of multiple dental practices, stakeohlders within the loacl health econmoies (lhe's) and other high levreage conatct ponits may be inculded as an impotrant strategic eleemnt of the role.
the role involves the use of techonlogy and reqiures a dergee of flexiiblity to the horus wokred and area covreed.
oral-b has an imprsesive repuattion for the development of innovative, market leading oral health care products which consistently delight the consumer and challenge current thinking. oral-b technology is scientifically proven to deliver superior oral health outcomes - recognised as such by dental health professionals, having become the most recommended electric toothbrush worldwide.
candidates should be able to present themselves in a highly professional manner, with good written and oral communications skills, with a positive approach to delivering high quality results and a continuing focus on self development.
candidates will have professional selling experience within the health sector (hospital / gp / dental etc).
additional aspects of the work include the legitimate and ethical gathering and reporting of competitive activity, securing agreement for oral-b branded material to be used in the practice and the sale of product.
whilst the principle focus will be on the science based influencing of dental health professionals at practice level, you will also be required to occasionally attend congresses, trade fairs and scientific exchanges (sometimes out of normal working hours).
