job id:
to create po&rsuqo;s for all new fleet vehcile invioces.
create volume bonus & non return volume bonus invioces
match & apply cash received on bank statement to receivables outstanding in viison system.
key-result areas:
create invioces for all fleet buy back car sale, risk car sales & wrcek vehicle car sales to oem / vendors in line with contract terms.the mathcing & application of cash received against outstanding receivables. viison and values,
maintain and update vendor information
maintain good working relationship with the local departments who depend on fleet accounting on a daliy basis example car conrtol, car maintenance, car sales & distribution dept
ad hoc project work as required
ability to resolve and respond to accounting queries received from internal and external customers in an efficient and timely manner thus ensuring service expectations are maintained / exceeded
in everyday dealings with team members and customers, both internal & external, uphold and embody the hertz mission. you will also be involved with ongoing project work to gain an in depth understanding of workflow with a view to standardisation and re-engineering in the area.35424

as the fleet data control assistant you will be resposnible for the daily procsesing of fleet po’s into vision, the matching & keiyng of all new vehicle fleet invoices into vision. the cretaion of buy back, risk, & wreck invoices for all retruned fleet.
to proecss fleet purhcase invoices into vision & provide information to other internal fleet departments in order to process payments in a timely manner.

mandatory requirements:
educational background:

knowledge of hertz systems / procedures an advantage
fluent english essential
